Wedeco Z-Compact ozone system

Wedeco engineers have collaborated closely with pulp and paper manufacturers worldwide to develop the Z-Compact ozone system, a containerized solution tailored to the industry's specific ozone requirements. Unlike traditional ozone generation systems that include only the generator and power supply unit, the Z-Compact integrates these components along with instrumentation, a high voltage transformer, generator PLC, air conditioning, and chemical filter systems within a single container. Its modular design allows for a compact footprint and reliable operation in harsh environments. The unit is insulated with 100 mm of material, features lighting, and includes a heating system and advanced ventilation to manage heat release. It is designed and manufactured in compliance with international ozone application standards.

Wedeco PDOevoPLUS ozone system

PDOevoPLUS ozone system offers robust, customizable solutions designed for large-scale operations that require adaptable systems to handle changing conditions. Engineered for reliable and efficient ozone production, the system delivers between 1,000 and 15,000 lbs./day (18 to 300 kg/hr) of ozone. It features optimized cooling water consumption and comes as a fully mounted, instrumented “plug and play” unit that integrates seamlessly with local processes. Built to withstand harsh ambient environments, the system ensures easy installation and operation with virtually maintenance-free Effizon® evo 3G electrode technology, backed by a 10-year replacement warranty. The PDOevoPLUS system is CE and UL compliant.

Wedeco WEL ozone system

WEL ozone generators produce ozone directly in ultra-pure water, ensuring highly effective elimination of microorganisms and biofilms. This direct ozone generation method avoids introducing impurities or additives from feed gas, providing constant and reliable protection against bacterial regrowth in ultra-pure water systems, including piping and tanks, without interruption.

Wedeco Modular ozone system

Small Modular ozone systems are designed to efficiently produce ozone in the range of 2 to 8 g/hr, ideal for small-scale and laboratory applications. These compact ozone generators are commonly used for disinfection and oxidation of process water across various settings, including industrial processes, laboratories, and pilot plants. Typical applications include drinking water treatment, process water loops, recycling, rinsers, food and beverage industry, cooling water, fish farming, and swimming pools.

OCS ozone system

The Wedeco OCS ozone system from Xylem is a compact, ready-to-install solution designed for easy operation and high reliability. Built to meet customer demands for a fully integrated and dependable ozone unit, the system complies with key industry standards, including DIN 19627, CE-EMVG, and DGUV Rule 103-001. Each unit is pre-tested before shipment and mounted on a durable stainless steel frame, with all components—such as the ozone generator (up to GSO 18-30), pump and injector for ozone introduction, ambient air monitoring, electric controls with signal exchange, and complete pipework and wiring—fully assembled and ready for connection

GSO ozone system

SMOevoPLUS Ozone System

SMOevoPLUS is a flexible and reliable ozone system designed for small to medium capacities. Its generator vessel can be positioned upright or horizontally and is forklift-accessible for easy transport and installation. The compact design reduces on-site footprint by up to 20%. Equipped with advanced IGBT semiconductor technology and air conditioning, it operates efficiently in high temperature (up to 35 °C) and humidity (up to 90%) environments, minimizing thermal power loss. The system is Effizon evo 3G electrodes, made from corrosion-resistant borosilicate glass and stainless-steel mesh. These electrodes provide unmatched reliability and energy efficiency, require minimal maintenance, and feature Intelligent Electrode Protection to prevent false defect detection
