Reflex C features a non-replaceable butyl bladder compliant with DIN EN 13831/3, supporting a maximum operating temperature of 70°C. It is compatible with anti-freeze additives at concentrations of 25 to 50%, meets or exceeds the Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU and is coated with a durable epoxy resin. The gas chamber is factory pre-pressurised with nitrogen, with a maximum permissible system temperature of 120°C.
Reflex F vessels from 18 litres come equipped with a suspension bracket for easy installation. They feature a non-replaceable diaphragm compliant with DIN EN 13831/3 and support a maximum operating temperature of 70°C. Compatible with anti-freeze additives at concentrations of 25 to 50%, these vessels meet or exceed the Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU. They are finished with a durable epoxy resin coating and include a factory pre-pressurised nitrogen gas chamber. The maximum permissible system temperature is 120°C. The Reflex F 8 vessel has also been honoured with the Plus X Award.
Reflex S series expansion vessels offer easy installation with threaded connections, suspension brackets for 33-litre models, and support feet from 50 litres upwards. Vessels up to 33 litres have a non-replaceable bladder, while 50–600 litre models feature a non-replaceable diaphragm per DIN EN 13831/3. Designed for systems using 25–50% antifreeze, they handle up to 70°C operating and 120°C system temperatures. Each unit is factory pre-pressurised with nitrogen, epoxy-coated for durability, and compliant with Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU for safety and reliability.
Reflex G vessels are available with threaded connections up to 1,000 litres (Ø 740 mm) and flanged connections from 1,000 litres (Ø 1,000 mm), with models ranging from 3,000 to 10,000 litres featuring an upper flange. Units above 1,000 litres include a Ø 1,000 mm inspection opening. Each vessel is equipped with a replaceable bladder compliant with DIN EN 13831/3 and supports anti-freeze additives with concentrations between 25% and 50%. Engineered for reliability, the system includes a factory-mounted pressure gauge, lifting lugs and a pre-pressurised nitrogen gas chamber. It is finished with a durable epoxy resin coating and meets or exceeds EU Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU standards. The vessels are rated for a maximum system temperature of 120°C and a bladder operating temperature of up to 70°C.
An auxiliary vessel without a bladder, this unit is designed to extend the lifespan of diaphragms or bladders in systems exposed to elevated temperatures or freezing conditions. It helps mitigate premature aging in heating applications and prevents condensation freezing in cooling systems. Compliance with EN 13831 is ensured for installations with return temperatures above 70°C or cooling systems operating at or below 0°C. The vessel features flanged water connections from 200 litres and above and is built with a durable epoxy resin coating for long-term performance. It meets or exceeds the requirements of Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU and is rated for a maximum system temperature of 110°C or 120°C, depending on the configuration and size. Lifting lugs are included for ease of handling.
